Who we are

The licence

Buying Hauscrate grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the current major version of the software on Macs that you own or control, for your own commercial or personal work. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software or your licence key.

Your photographs

You keep all rights to every image you process. The software runs entirely on your machine and transmits no image data to us or to anyone else. We never see your work.

Payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders and handles all customer service enquiries related to payments.

Refunds

30-day unconditional refund, no questions asked. See our refund policy.

Warranty and liability

The software is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its output will suit every purpose. Always keep your original files. Hauscrate writes new files and does not modify your originals, but no software is a substitute for a backup. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated version is published; they never retroactively change the licence you already bought.
