The unit of work is the house, not the photo.
Every editor prices, meters and demos one image at a time. But the thing that is either done or not done at 9pm is a named, ordered, correctly-sized folder for one address. Merging brackets is the easy half. Assembling the delivery is the half you are still doing by hand.
What happens between the two panes
Seven stages, in this order. Order matters — straightening before cropping, colour before export.

Group by room
Bracket sets are detected from capture time and exposure spread. Mixed 3, 5 and 7-frame sets in one shoot are fine. Single detail shots stay single.

Align and merge
Exposure fusion, not tone-mapped HDR — so no halos and no 2010 look. Handheld frames are aligned first.

Straighten verticals
Converging walls corrected from detected line geometry, deliberately under-corrected so rooms still look like rooms. Off switch per image.

Neutralise colour
Per-room white balance. Tungsten ambient and daylight through the window stop fighting each other in the same frame.

Correct the lens
Barrel distortion from your 16mm removed using the camera's own profile, then cropped to fill after straightening.

Apply the look
A small set of named looks, authored with a working real-estate photographer. Not a sliders panel.

Crate it
One folder per address. Walkthrough order, sequential names, portal dimensions, sRGB. One ZIP if you want one.
What Hauscrate does not do
Published up front, because you will find out anyway and this community has a long memory.
No AI window pull
Recovering the view through a bright window is genuinely hard on net curtains and reflective glass. Autoenhance ships a good one. We would ship a mediocre one, so we ship none. Use theirs, or pull the window yourself.
No sky replacement
Same reason. It is a solved problem elsewhere and an unsolved one for a first version.
No ghost removal in v1
Moving curtains and ceiling fans. Fusion suppresses mild ghosting on its own; proper deghosting comes after, or not at all.
No cloud, ever
Not a feature we are withholding — an architectural choice. No upload wait on 300 RAWs, no per-image meter, and your client's interiors never leave the building.
