Refund policy

30-day unconditional refund. No questions asked.

If Hauscrate is not what you wanted, email hello@hauscrate.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason, and we will not ask for one.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank and is typically 5–10 business days.

Purchases are handled by our reseller, Paddle.com Market Ltd, who is the merchant of record. You can also request a refund directly from Paddle using the link on your receipt.
